PoppyPink is an ongoing, site-specific performance art project initially created to mark the one-year memorial of October 7th. It raises awareness of the Israeli hostage crisis and advocates for human rights. The performance premiered in Central Park, New York, in October 2024. The artist wore a hand-knitted pink dress that unraveled as she walked, leaving a trail of pink thread symbolizing shared grief. It invites reflection on the collective impact of trauma and the ongoing journey of healing.

The inspiration for Anarchy is drawn from Alexander Calder’s retrospective at the Whitney Museum in 2017. Mobile is a kinetic object, and the possibilities embodied in the motion of objects fulfill my urge to animate my work. Video by: Dafna Tal

As promised, Uri Geller visits me again at my Old Jaffa Studio. This time Geller bends a tiny spoon for my Stamp Loupe Art series, intended to be displayed at his new museum.
